Clinical Supervision
Current Availability: 1 weekly and 1 bi-weekly spot available
Whether you are looking to complete your registration with a professional registration body (i.e., CPBAO, CRPO) or are looking to increase your competency in specific therapeutic modalities, ongoing clinical supervision will offer you the individual support you need to ensure success with your clients. This individualized service is all about “the right fit” between the supervisor (Alyssa Durbin) and clinician. With a minimum 6 month commitment, individual supervision includes a learning plan, weekly agenda, clinical note review and weekly or bi-weekly supervision sessions (60 minutes in length). Alyssa will be using evidence-based approaches from her supervision training to offer you the best quality supervision possible. This service can be offered virtually or (if local) Alyssa can come to your office.
Please note: At this time, Alyssa will not be offering opportunities to work with clients. It is your responsibility to find clients and/or work for a practice or organization that will support your caseload while in supervision.

Case Consultation
Have you ever felt lost or stuck with a client? Working in private practice, or independently, can be extremely difficult when you are faced with challenging clinical presentations. This service allows you to speak with Alyssa about where you are feeling stuck with your client(s) and create an action plan for future sessions. You simply book a 60, 90 or 120 minute consultation block and this will provide you with a completely confidential session to bounce your ideas off a professional, while working collaboratively to bring the best possible outcomes to your clients. The time is yours to fill, so whether it is one complicated case, or a whole caseload, this is a completely individualized service to meet your consultation needs.

Therapy Protocol Training
Alyssa has spent the last eight years training in various evidence-based modalities and interventions, while being supervised by experts in various fields. She is now offering individualized training programs as a way to support learning new clinical skills, while also having built in support to apply these skills with clients. So often online trainings or workshops have overviews of the skills, but the learning ends there. The available training will include an orientation to the foundational skills within the modality or intervention, as well as ongoing support while you practice your newly learned skills with clients. This will provide you with an opportunity to share session feedback, troubleshoot areas of challenge or celebrate client successes with Alyssa.
Additional case consultation can be added to the training at a discounted rate to further support you the early phases of your learning.
